"Car was "okay" overall"
The car was clean, which I appreciated, but it did have a few noticeable scratches. Overall, it was "fine" for what I needed.

"The financing part was kind of confusing for..."
The financing part was kind of confusing for me. Compared to what I’ve heard from other people, the options felt limited, and the warranty details weren’t really explained clearly. I ended up leaving without feeling totally sure about what I was agreeing to.

"Unprofessional sales staff"
I had a bad experience with the sales team. They made me feel like I was bothering them, so it was hard to get clear answers to my questions. Because they kept rushing me and talking down to me, I left feeling more annoyed than helped. Definitely not the kind of service I expected when I was trying to buy a car

"Good car, not much help after"
Buying the car on Hertz Car Sales was simple. The car’s been fine so far, no real complaints there.
After the sale was a different story. I needed help with some paperwork and warranty stuff, and it took a few days to get a straight answer. Got bounced around a little too.
Overall, not terrible, but it definitely felt like once I bought the car, I was mostly on my own.

"Kinda pricey for used rental cars"
The prices felt kinda high for older rental cars, and once the fees were added on, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Buying took way longer than it should have"
At first, the buying process seemed simple, but it got confusing really fast. I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which made everything take longer and got frustrating. I just wanted to finish the purchase without having to explain things over and over.
